All our classes are run by British Gymnastics qualified coaches in a safe, welcoming environment. Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or ready to compete, there's a place for them at Gryphon West.

Recreational Gymnasts
Ages 4+
Mondays 4.45-5.45pm

A playful introduction to gymnastics for our youngest members. Children explore movement, balance, and coordination through games and guided activities. No experience needed — just enthusiasm!

Building on the basics, Development Gymnastics introduces floor work and agilities. Gymnasts develop strength, flexibility, and technique in a supportive group setting.

Development Tumbling Mon

For gymnasts showing real potential and commitment. The Development Tumbling class introduces the building blocks of tumbling skills andworks towards British Gymnastics grades and club competitions.

For gymnasts looking to progress towards our competition squad. Adding more structure to floor work and creating routines.

Tumbling Gymnast Sat

An opportunity to further development tumbling skills, for those looking to polish off skills for floor routines or work towards the full tumbling squad.

Our elite competition squads for Acrobatics and Tumbling. Coached to the highest standard, squad members represent Gryphon West at events across the country.
